I actually really enjoyed the non-competitive nature of Tour de Queens. Beautiful sunshine, great route, and friendly neighborhood residents to cheer us along! I am excited to take part in the Tour de Bronx soon!

I hope is as fun as the other two (queens and brooklyn), and about the stopping, it wasn’t that bad because a very large group of people got left behind in the tour de brooklyn and ended up traveling alone and almost getting into accidents (there were no marshals around to stop traffic), I know because I was in that group (the middle group). overall it was fun, and for people who don’t know this is a family thing not a race. Bronx tour HERE I COME….
I want to thank the NYPD for their great support during both tours.

I hope it is not as bad as the tour de queens. it took 5 hours for 24 miles since the police kept stopping the ride to keep the pack together. We all finished at the same time – kids and advanced riders! Brutal.
